避免含糊不清的陈述。不要说“货物迟到了”,而应具体说明:“合同要求在2025年9月1日前交付。货物于2025年9月15日到达,送货单作为证据1附后。”

实际示例:运用原则

设想你的企业为产品发布会订购了500本印刷宣传册,合同交付日期为2025年10月10日。宣传册于10月20日送达,而且存在严重印刷错误,已无法使用。你不得不加急重新印制并支付额外费用,同时错失了一个关键营销机会。
