避免空泛陳述。與其說「貨品遲了」,不如具體寫明:「合約規定貨品須於2025年9月1日前送達。貨品於2025年9月15日送達,詳見附為證物1的送貨單。」

設想你的業務為產品發佈會訂購了500本印製宣傳冊,合約送達日期為2025年10月10日。宣傳冊於10月20日才送到,且印刷上有嚴重錯誤,令其無法使用。你被迫以更高成本緊急重印,並錯失了一個重要的市場推廣機會。
